This policy explains what cjgserve.com collects when you request an estimate, why we collect it, and what happens to it. CJG Serve LLC runs this site.
What we collect
When you send the estimate form, we receive:
- your name and phone number (required)
- your email address, if you give one
- what you tell us about the job
We don't use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or analytics on this site.
Why we collect it
Only to reply to your request and prepare your estimate. We don't sell your information, share it for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.
Where it goes and how long we keep it
Your request is emailed to us and stored in a database run on Cloudflare's network. Stored requests are deleted automatically after 90 days. If you become a customer, we keep what we need to do the work and bill for it.
Services we rely on
- Cloudflare hosts this site, stores requests, and sends our notification emails.
- Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a form submission comes from a person, not a bot.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces this site uses, so your browser contacts Google when the page loads.
